Board Meetings Always Open to the Public

The next BEF board meeting is Wednesday, January 25, 2012 @ 7pm, at the offices of Gizzi and Reep, 940 Adams Street, Suite A, Benicia. Please join us! For this month's agenda, please click on the picture.

The Board of Directors normally meets the fourth Wednesday of most months except for December, June and July. In addition to regular meetings, the BEF may hold special meetings when urgent matters arise which can not wait for the regular monthly meeting.

All meetings are open to the public and minutes are available on this website. (Archived minutes are also available upon request.)

During the Annual Meeting each August, the president delivers the Annual report to the members and new directors are elected to a two-year staggered term. We encourage citizens to seek election to the Board of Directors.
